@AnonGK100 @StevenHendo1978 Most people in golf management DO understand the course should be closed when HGK says but there are weird financial & emotional concerns affecting decision making in the modern golfing world. Such as overly worrying about being closed more than the neighbouring course…🙄

As soon as employers give the “junior” staff the statutory minimum increase then the “older” staff (quite rightly) expect similar % increase. Causes employee/employer friction. THAT is the problem with Minimum Wage. 🙄

@Eliassfc2 @secretclubprov That’s all to do with CASC I would think,,,, offer lower price memberships to “lower earners” and the club then gets other benefits such as reduction in Business Rates… Not sure if local authorities actually police this at all though..🤔

@secretclubprov Trouble is members of every golf club think it is ONLY their own club that is suffering…. Although don’t wish it on anyone but it’s always good to take comfort hearing from others “in the same boat”🙄

@bakes_87 @secretclubprov Here we go again… all that matters is that the “club rules” were posted in advance of the 35 hcap entering the comp AND those rules were then applied correctly.
Doesn’t matter if he is off 5, 35 or 45.
If either of these is false then he has been shafted by the committee 🙄
