My physical conditioning program is working. I'm at 162 lbs this morning (6'1"). My body fat is at 10.5% this am. Weight loss is 4.0 lbs.

I'm training for motorcycle racing in the Baja 500. I'm up to 25,831 steps at 1:15pm. Stairmaster work later in the day.

We just had to fire someone because she sent pictures of nude body parts to other employees at work. I guess it is time for SH retraining
