Every time the power goes out, your backup hardly last for 20 mins whereas the executive claims they have changed the battery and last for 1.5 hours.

Why give false claims when it is evident the backup is just 20 mins.

Every time the power goes @ACTFibernet will go out too. When I lodged a complaint last week, the technician said he have set up a power back of 2 hours but today the power went & so did the internet
