I was treated to a performance of The Tempest at school today. It is fantastic to see pupils of all abilities and needs embracing Shakespeare. 🤩

We need trauma informed care & trauma responsive education. If we embedded these practices into our educational settings, it would help us understand our young people's behaviours better to help create transformation, hope & healing.🧠🌱

@training81727 I've been toying with this approach recently. I wonder if giving them to candidates an hour before interview but no notes allowed for interview, might provide a happy balance. 🤔
