@MyPeakChallenge @SamHeughan I found out last week I had a tear in my PCL from a car accident. The dr said I could do any exercise I could do with my brace on. Not gonna lie- I was scared to try the body weight squat but I did them (modified) Now it’s time to ice my knee!
