@TeamYouTube, I'm reaching out to you again regarding my terminated channels.

I have now contacted support from the Google account that owns the channel, as requested. Throughout this process, I've been trying to understand the exact reason for the termination because I received different policy references:

• Termination email: Impersonation Policy
• YouTube Studio: Spam, Deceptive Practices & Scams
• Other Channels: Circumvention policy

I respectfully request clarification on which policy specifically led to my channel's termination and whether my case can be reviewed once more from the verified owner account.

I've carefully read the relevant policies and genuinely want to understand what happened, either it's was mistake or something because I believe I didn't voilated any policy

It's been almost one year since I've been banned and I would very much like to rejoin the YouTube Community.

When I apply and if I get approved, will I receive extra information on why my original channel got terminated? this is important to know because only saying that I violated your Harassment and Cyber bullying policy is insufficient. Been 338 days since my YouTube channel was terminated. I followed all appeals, sought all legal help.

Filed in a DSA complaint in the EU, Appeals Centre Europe ruling in my favor because of lack of evidence, Independent review under DSA (ADR Center), Lawyer / legal letter. Still no clear answer. Still waiting for a response because Youtube has insufficient evidence. Frustrating, but I’m learning a lot about platform accountability and transparency. Youtube can really ruin someone's childhood with no mercy.

I was 16 during my grind phase, hitting 20K+ subs and 1K+ avg views. I’m 17 now, turning 18 soon. This really changed my life. One piece of advice: don’t put all your eggs in one basket — spread your content across platforms, unlike me.

It's been 314 days since my channel was wrongly terminated for Harassment and cyberbullying. I appeal and got rejected within minutes. Then I sought legal help and till this day I am still waiting on that answer. The first week was honestly depressing. But i didn't let it phase me so I created a new channel called JusttBobo - Url: https://t.co/BcXwYyk1hV
This was honestly the best decision of my life. I used to stream/make videos for 2 years straight with honestly no growth. For me to create another channel was like my key to a new door. There was this one vid that blew up, got my channel up to 20,000 subscribers in just 30 days.

I thought i finally figured it out. After 7 weeks of consistently uploading on that channel and racking up thousands of views daily, i received an email that my channel got terminated again. I collapsed to the ground. Still from this day I have no channel to upload at (233 days)

I didn't know the rules of circumvention policy by the time then. I didn't know that creating a new channel was against the rules because it wasn't very clear enough for me.

The crazy thing is that the day before I got terminated, I did a factory reset on my pc thinking I will redownload my vids but the next day I get banned. Imagine how you would feel. what a coincidence right?

Till this day I'm still putting in effort of trying to understand what I did wrong. I've read the anti-harassment policy and can confirm I do no such things as Abuse, predatory behavior, and other actions such as stalking, threatening, bullying, or intimidation.

I am 17 and started youtube when I was 14 years old.
I create skits, pranks, omegle entertainment etc. In every video I try to tell my audience that my content is only entertainment purpose only.

On the new channel I created I made sure to put a disclaimer on every SINGLE video that has been published.

I don't deserve this inside insanity. Only thing that might save me now is the legal help i sought, my DSA complaint, case number (CMT-00001921-F7B) and that appeal Centre Europe is ruling in my favor because youtube couldn't provide enough evidence for the termination. I do not want to take things to court but I will if I have to.

Think about that for a moment. Even when you:

➡️ Had a YouTube employee confirm that your content follows the policies
➡️ Won an official legal case
➡️ Had all your content confirmed as legitimate and compliant with YouTube's guidelines by an independent legal dispute body
➡️ Have a legal decision that your channel should be reinstated

...YouTube's AI system just ignores you, and contacting a human regarding your wrongfully banned channel is impossible.

Something dangerous is happening on YouTube. Creators are being falsely banned by AI for spam, harassment, and policies they never violated with appeals rejected in minutes.

My channel was terminated for “harassment or cyberbullying.” I never harassed, targeted, stalked, or bullied anyone. I’ve shown every clip, every consent form, and every verbal consent recording. Nothing violates the policy. I believe this decision was made in error. My content is fully consensual, lighthearted, and does not include harassment, threats, targeting, insults, or bullying of any kind. Content was created with no malicious intent. I have never engaged in repeated harassment or abusive behavior. I respectfully request a full human review that considers context, consent, and intent, as I am confident my channel complies with YouTube’s harassment policy. This has been the most mentally draining, stressful, and depressing time of my 17 years of living on this planet. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. These are the only vids that I am doubting but it can't be because it got removed but once i explained the context about the vid it got reinstated. All my other video's do not meet the requirements of harassment policy. I use to stream, react to vids and more but would never bully or haras ANY one!
