Currently a PIL is going on in Odisha High Court WP(C) 23341 of 2022.

@OdishaRera has been asked to furnish data of actual implementation of orders in which the benefits have already been disbursed.

Next date of hearing 10th May 2023.

This report doesn't indicate upto which year RC execution has been completed since there are HB whose RC execution is pending since years.
31.39% is certainly very disappointing and cannot be considered satisfactory.

1) Out of 8600 RC, only 2700 received their money which comes to mere 31.39% in over six years
2) 2700 allottee received only 475 Cr i.e 17.50 lacs /head which indicates small amounts were recovered.
