If your organization maintains an on-going relationship with an agent at your local FBI field office, you should also notify them since they may be able to escalate the issue for you.
If you act quickly, your organization may be able to recover some or all of the funds. As each hour passes, you're less likely to do so.

#1) Make sure you have a policy and written procedures requiring authorized staff to independently verify and approve any request to add or change payment instructions, vendor records, employee direct deposit information, or banking details before the change is processed.
