Unfortunate that the Chief Justice of India Surya Kant, who resisted from ruling over the constitutionality of the SIR exercise for many months and instead ensured that the exercise “proceeds without any hindrance”, finds no time to address the grave concerns expressed by the opposition leaders.

The entire country’s opposition has come together to ring alarm bells over what is happening with people’s right to vote and yet, the so-called protector of the constitution is totally mute. RIP Suo-motu power and power to convert letters into a PIL.

The US told regional states to alert Iran.

Israel is a state that, on paper, is a US partner but in reality is so extreme in its obsession to undermine US diplomacy that it even tries to assassinate those the US engages with in crucial negotiations.
