Totally understandable, bro. You’re dealing with a lot and still finding ways to stay positive and keep yourself moving forward — that’s something to respect, not criticize. Anyone who can’t handle that can definitely keep it moving. Keep doing what makes you happy and taking care of yourself. You don’t owe explanations to anybody. Stay strong and enjoy your week, man 🫶💯

A statement from The Ashley Lauren Foundation:
In light of the negative and defamatory comments that have been spread on both Jersey Coast Emergency News and Garden State Confidential, The Ashley Lauren Foundation is issuing the following statement:
The Ashley Lauren Foundation is a 501(c)3 New Jersey Non-Profit Organization in full compliance with the IRS rules and regulations for the past 20 years.
For the past two years, Jersey Coast Emergency News has allowed The Ashley Lauren Foundation to post on their site, requesting support from the JCEN followers for our work in helping families struggling with pediatric cancer.
We have received in-kind and financial support to fulfill children’s wishes via our Amazon Wish Lists and Christmas Wish List along with support for gas cards, food cards and other needs of the families we support from the very generous JCEN followers. We have been extremely grateful for the support of the many followers who have been so compassionate in wanting to help these children.
We have never received any financial or in-kind direct support from Jersey Coast Emergency News or Chris Lyle. All support has come from the followers and has gone directly to the families we assist.
We have completely cut ties and removed ourselves from Jersey Coast Emergency News.
Tom Corley
Board President, The Ashley Lauren Foundation
Monica Vermeulen,
Founder/CEO, The Ashley Lauren Foundation
The Ashley Lauren Foundation is deeply concerned about the recent actions of Chris Lyle and his involvement with Jersey Coast Emergency News. While our foundation’s sole mission has been to support families affected by pediatric cancer, it has come to our attention that Chris Lyle has engaged in behavior that may be both unethical and illegal, including misrepresentation, manipulation, and potentially exploiting charitable efforts for personal gain.

🚨 COMMUNITY WARNING — INVESTIGATE JERSEY COAST EMERGENCY NEWS
Let’s talk about Chris Lyle, the self-proclaimed founder of Jersey Coast Emergency News.
People across NJ are speaking up about serious allegations involving manipulation, harassment, and questionable fundraising activity tied to his platform.
Dozens are now claiming that Lyle has engaged in deceitful behavior, treating the public like a personal ATM while disguising his efforts as “community charity.” Those who donated to his “fundraisers” or Venmo requests are questioning where their money actually went — and early signs point to anything but charity.
If you or anyone you know has contributed financially, check your records. More reports are surfacing, and people are calling for a closer look at where their donations ended up.
This situation deserves full transparency. Anyone with evidence or experiences should come forward. Public trust matters — and people want answers.

Subject: Help Us Spread the Word: 10th Annual Holiday Toy & Clothing Drive
Good afternoon,
I hope you’re doing well! My name is Mike Moyer, and I work with Metropolitan Asset Security. For the past 10 years, our team has proudly collected toy and clothing donations to help families in need during the holiday season.
This year marks a very special milestone—our 10th anniversary—and we want to make it our biggest and most meaningful year yet. Our goal is to reach and bless more families than ever before, but we know we can’t do it alone.
If you’re able to help us get the word out, it would mean the world to us and to the families we serve. We’ve recently added new drop-off locations, including Big City Bagels (4007 US-9, Howell, NJ), thanks to their incredible owners, as well as House of Independents in Asbury Park, with more locations to come throughout the county.
Your support in sharing our mission would make a tremendous difference in helping us continue this tradition of giving.
Thank you so much for your time and consideration! — and for all you do for our community.
Warm regards,
Mike Moyer
Metropolitan Asset Security
