The issue is that they tried to quarrel us with Azerbaijan, which today is our strategic partner, & supports Russia everywhere & in everything. Aliyev, is the most reliable partner of Russia, he even can be placed next to Lukashenko, partners of Putin in the post-Soviet space.

Yesterday, Azerbaijani military forces installed a concrete barrier to block the road of life (for 120,000 people including 30,000 children) connecting Nagorno Karabakh with Armenia (Lachin Corridor). This was done amid the decision of The Hague Court @CIJ_ICJ and in addition to the establishment of an illegal checkpoint and arrival of armored vehicles.
