If it's to increase holder value then an upgrade/burn mechanism results in more exclusivity and higher nft value. If it's to increase cash in the coffers to grow the cannabis business, then burning may not be the way to go.

OGs remember the days when SAC was flying high. Launching a new collection signals a money grab &/or that the team doesn't know how to move forward with existing collections or both.

Seems difficult to launch a new collection without inflating the supply. Haven't seen many collections succeed at this.
