Dickel 15 wins. Far smoother than the 9 with similar smoothness and flavor profile to the 17. Not as much butterscotch, little more oak and heat. The 17 is absolutely delicious but if you factor price - less than half - that’s where my money goes.

@_CircusMaximus Well that’s the fun thing about bourbon - we all taste what we taste. 10 years ago I thought Noah’s and Rowan’s were screaming deals - really solid at a great price. Past few years I find them harsh. Same with the Pot Still. Love everything else Willet.
