Ng's comment reflects a misunderstanding of Huang's point. Huang is in effect saying "more people should/will do it". However they will do it (programming) via natural language, not traditional coding. When we moved from assembly to higher languages, what exploded was the higher langauge coding, there wasn't suddenly more assembly language coding. So Ng and Huang are actually in agreement.
