@planert41 Once your kids get older it gets easier. Young kids are very demanding. Try to keep your patience, its very hard. Try to lean on and grandparent's or babysitting so that you can carve out your own individuality again.

@planert41 Completely normal. I work all week. I tend to nap on Sundays when my youngest is also napping and my 8 year old gets their screen time strategically chosen for those hours. You get about an hour before bed for yourself, which usually involves being too tired for past hobbies
