@SDSLLC_USA Honetsly? Shut off the TV and the radio, put your phones down and go outside. Take off all your trauma filters and just get to know one another.
@WandaGayle5@Chicity_sports8@ROCKSTARnca@pick_six22 Eddie doesn't actually exist, NOT ONE witness said Karmelo was invited under the tent. Karmelo's team tent was put up next to this one so why not sit there? According to Frisco SD, team tents are restricted areas. That is typical for all their events according to court testimony.
@Chicity_sports8@ROCKSTARnca@pick_six22 Y'all really need to learn what a bully is, everyone keeps using that word but nobody seems to know what it actually means.
@b1ackfamilyPAC@Roger734964476 AND 4. They were not engaged in criminal activity at the time AND 5. Their belief was objectively reasonable, not just subjective. If ANY of these fail, deadly force is not justified.
@b1ackfamilyPAC@Roger734964476 Tx PC ยง9.32 allows deadly force ONLY IF ALL THESE are true: 1. The person reasonably believes deadly force is immediately necessary AND 2. They are preventing: aggravated assault, murder, robbery, sexual assault, etc.
AND 3. They were not the one who provoked the confrontation
@_StillTheShawn Look up the Texas Penal Code ยง19.02(b)(1). "intentionally or knowingly cause the death of an individual.โ OR โintend to cause serious bodily injury and commit an act clearly dangerous to human life that causes death.โ That second part is the one that applied to Karmelo.
@pick_six22 And no, he wasn't invited to sit there. Zero people testified to that. He was however asked several times to leave and every witness confirmed that he refused. Just like they ALL confirmed he was the aggressor.
@pick_six22 Sat under his own tent? Left when asked? Shoved him back? Punched him? I mean he had PLENTY of chances to make the right choice but never did. Instead he chose to sit under the wrong tent, chose to refuse to leave, chose to pull the knife, chose to stab someone, chose to run.
