A few things can be true. Dismissal and gaslighting of Long Covid, ME/CFS, POTS is cruel to those already suffering. Also, the online community can be a resource, source of support, but like any social media can be a negative spiraling abyss.

when i got my POTS diagnosis my neurologist told me that i should absolutely not get involved with online communities for it bc most of the people there were obsessed with being sick forever. and at the time i was like wow that’s fucked up huh but actually she was 1000% correct

@LucasSa56947288 Grossly inaccurate--it was a tax cut for the wealthy. In fact with cuts in public health to fund that break for billionaires. Not to mention cuts to Snap, medicaid cuts, inflation, tariff costs passed directly to consumers and indirectly in many ways especially farming.
