Surface mail on hold at Basistha SO due to customs charge (transfer of residence internationally). As per baggage rules 2016, exempt from customs charge . I was told to get approval from Kolkata customs but I dont live in Kolkata. Kindly advise @kolkata_customs @IndiaPostOffice

Unable to login (password reset requested), followed troubleshooting steps, the final step was to contact amazon customer care at 180030001593, they asked to use the app. app also showing the same steps (which is to contact customer care). Very frustrating.
