I can assure you, the majority of people have no concept that we those who pick up the phone when you call are indeed the first responder. Without that phone call no one would arrive. Things we hear, on those calls, much can remain with you.

NEW: Woman has unhinged meltdown while being issued a ticket after her car allegedly slid off the highway in Farmington Hills, Michigan.

The woman kept screaming as officers read her the ticket out loud.

Officer: "You're being formally noticed of driving too fast for conditions..."

Woman: "La la la la la la la la."

"I watched two cars spin and collide in front of me. I took evasive action to avoid further impact and potential injury & I steered into a ditch," the woman posted on IG.
