@Amandlawenkosi Those close to the truth will be worried when they see this. Because they will start asking themselves what is it that I know. Which should explain to you why they wanted to duplicate or destroy SMโs phone. Because they wanted to destroy that evidence in it, which they failed
Lessons learnt from Senzo Meyiwaโs case..
โIf you keep quiet you LIVEโ
If Senzo kept quiet about what he recorded with his phone, he would be ALIVE today. If Tumelo kept quiet about what Senzo shared with him & not told KK, Senzo would be alive. #SenzoMeyiwaTrial
You think these old crooks care. Look at this other one who was easily bought (Allegedly) to struck off a serious case from the court roll. Instead of accounting for that, she opted to resign. What did she lose? ๐คท๐ฝโโ๏ธ
This country would have been far had it not been the ANC & its cadres. We are where we are today because of them. Now they are coming up with all sorts of Commissions trying to clear the mess that they created. Pretending to look like theyโre doing something while doing NOTHING.
He wonโt get bail as well. That should be a sign to all police officials who are involved in corruption or criminal activity abusing their position of trust & authority.
Senona wonโt return home after Friday evidence. These tears will wet his way and it will be slippery all the way to kgoshi mampuru #MadlangaCommission
Oh please those ones ๐ can be easily misled by given wrong information. Just like Adv Gerie Nel who was given wrong info intentionally about the right suspects being arrested in the SM case & he believed it
Then behind his back, they said the they donโt report to/work for him
COMMENT:
Cops allegedly involved in the disappearance of multi-million rand drug consignments, yet no arrests have been made.
Why?
Where is IPID?
The Independent Police Investigative Directorate is mandated to investigate criminality involving law enforcement officials.
This matter strikes at the heart of public trust in policing.
If there are credible allegations that police officers were involved in the theft or disappearance of drugs, the public deserves answers, and those answers should not be delayed indefinitely.
IPID already faces a significant backlog of cases, but that cannot be an excuse when allegations of this magnitude emerge.
Cases involving the possible involvement of law enforcement officers in serious criminal activity demand urgent attention, thorough investigation, and clear communication with the public.
Once again, I ask: Is IPID truly independent, adequately resourced, and capable of holding rogue law enforcement officials accountable?
If it is, then South Africans should see visible progress in investigations of this nature. If it is not, then government must explain what steps are being taken to strengthen the institution and ensure that it can fulfil its mandate effectively.
The longer these allegations remain unresolved, the greater the damage to public confidence in the criminal justice system.
Communities rely on law enforcement to uphold the law, not to be implicated in breaking it.
South Africans deserve transparency, accountability, and action - not silence.
They deserve to know whether investigations are underway, what progress has been made, and whether anyone will ultimately be held responsible.
Until those questions are answered, concerns about accountability within law enforcement will continue to grow.
If it was not for the Madlanga Commission we would have never known of the rot.
Still on IPID, years later, no arrests have been made following the 2022 murder of a suspect in Ekurhuleni.
Several law enforcement officials and civilians are implicated.
Letโs hope that the Commissions Task Team move at speed nowโฆ

By the time these cases are done, those involved would wish that they Nathi Mthethwaโd themselves when they still had a chance to do so. ๐ค๐ฝThat is if he is late indeed. They could be Gavin Watsonโing us for all we know.

There never was. The only intruders were the first 5 people who were not part of the party or family lunch, who came in that house after the incident. Among them senior police official, MEC, a journalist who came with a photographer.
Then a meeting that cooked this mess started
All these people were allowed to operate as much as they want for a very long time, while benefitting from their criminals actions. To a point that they felt they were untouchables, hence they could kill anyone who stands in their way/witnesses or whistleblowers.
