Day trip to Ontario over the weekend. The falls reminded me of the Grand Canyon in a polar opposite kind of way. I'll never forget the sound of 30 million gallons per minute flowing over an edge.
I went on a little side quest this weekend to Oklahoma. I drove about 1350 miles. I hiked Black Mesa and visited the Chickasaw National Recreational Area.
Yesterday/ this mornings adventure. I hiked up Shepherds Pass. I stopped just short of Lake Misery. Went swimming on the way down in one of the rivers. One day, I'll get to the top of one of California's 14ers.
I went on a short 7-mile hike up to Cucamonga saddle to test some gear for my next adventure. I wish I could have stayed longer. Met some cool folks on the trail.
I made a time lapse of a 7 hour walk I took across L.A. I recommend listening to music when watching this. Total distance traveled was about 25 miles.

I hiked the Trans-Catalina Trail this week from Avalon to Two Harbors. It was easily the hardest hike I've ever done. The total distance over a day and a half was about 25 miles through pretty rough terrain.
