@dinbit@ethiotelecom I believe it might works for individual cases, but it doesn’t solve the structural problem. It’s unfortunate that a majority public funded enterprise @ethiotelecom remains so unresponsive. What’s more surprising is that water and electricity services providers communicate better.

@ethiotelecom@ethiotelecom For over a month, my service has remained disrupted despite repeated complaints. Tickets are routinely marked "resolved" without any support or restoration of service. Stop closing complaints without action and fix the problem. Customers deserve accountability.

@ethiotelecom Your so called “improved” system to handling customer requests is not inclusive and lacks transparency. Customers pay every month expecting at least a function internet. What the repeated complaints here show is that there are no efforts to improve it. (2/2)
@ethiotelecom I have just received a call from a 904 machine presenting a survey regarding the completion of the status. It’s exhausting to talk to a machine every time I report and it ends up being canceled without a direction. Why can’t the telecom have a person call like in the past? (1/2)
