There is urgent and immediate need to reform UN security council. Russian invasion of Ukraine is a golbal crisis as well as an opportunity for UNSC reform.

The fact that UN Security Council hasn't voted on a single draft resolution has sent a signal to #Myanmar's junta that UNSC is not just ineffective, but that it is indifferent to atrocities they are committing. It's time to increase the political cost & push for an arms embargo.
