SEKGOSESE – The 24-year-old, Moses Manganye who allegedly tied and strangled the 13-year-old girl, Lerato Ramatseba to death at Thabanatshwana village appeared before Tiyani Magistrate Court today and his court appearance was postponed to 24 February 2021.
