Our second week back at school our class transformed into Kindergarten Bootcamp where we all become “certified” in scissors skills, pencil grip, how to use markers correctly and how to use glue sticks! Way to go Selby Kinders!

We came up with a list of names for our chicks yesterday, and today the chicks got to choose their own name! Say hello to Eleven (the egg number that hatched first!) Chocolate Chip and Fluffy! What are your names @MrHill_LDSB ?

We all completed our first page of our writing journals today! Our first writing goal was to think of ideas to write about. All our little lovelies had such wonderful ideas to share!

Mrs. Thrasher added books on Cd to listen and follow along with to our reading corner. The kiddos are enjoying some quiet reading time with friends and book buddies!

Ended the afternoon on a high-note! We had hot chocolate and marshmallows while watching Frosty the Snowman, followed by the Jingle Bell Walk! We sure do have the cutest bunch of Kindergartens!
