⏰Every Minute is Precious by Imam Ghazali
“You should not neglect your time or use it haphazardly; on the contrary, you should bring yourself to account, structure your worship during each day and night, and assign to each period a fixed and specific function. (1/5)

Today we released a documentary about Srebrenica. YouTube for some reason put a note about the holocaust on it and shadow banned it. I guess our genocides don’t count. Please watch and share the video to help us overcome the shadow ban.
I know you're busy watching the World Cup.
But please give me just one minute of your time.
Inside this body bag is a 30-year-old man, a father of three children, who lived with a mental health condition. He was killed by Israeli forces near the "Yellow Line."
Can the world hear what we're trying to say?
After nine days of being left where he was killed, his mother is finally able to hold her son's body
embracing him through a body bag.
I know the World Cup has captured the world's attention.
But I'm asking you to look at this mother.
Can you see her pain?
Can you feel what is happening in #Gaza?

Israeli forces killed at least eight Palestinians in attacks across the Gaza Strip on Wednesday, including children, as strikes and sniper fire targeted multiple locations.
Among the victims was young man Khalil Manna' killed in an Israeli drone strike on a vehicle near the Islamic University in western Gaza City.
A 6-year-old child was fatally shot by Israeli sniper fire in the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, while four Palestinians, including a child, were killed when an Israeli strike hit a tent sheltering displaced people south of Khan Younis.
Another Palestinian was killed in a strike near Hassan Salama School in western Gaza City, and driver Ahmed Nasser Islim was killed after being shot by an Israeli sniper in the Al-Mawasi area of Rafah. Several others were also wounded in the attacks.
Reminder that as the world watches the world cup, the actual world is burning.
Gaza is still being wiped out, with even the Egyptian representative who was organizing the watch parties murdered by Israel in what appears to be a sick form of retaliation for the coach of the national team holding up the flag and cause of Palestine at the world cup. Lebanon is still under attack and an expanding occupation. And another round of stupidity and recklessness of the Iran war is now going to lead to even more casualties. All along, so many of the African nations, even if represented on the field, carry the weight of generations of exploitation.
Just be careful not to let the spectacle make you forget the suffering, the silenced, and the systems that keep crushing them.
May Allah keep our hearts awake, our eyes open, and our actions guided. May He protect the innocent and oppressed all around, and make an example of their oppressors. Ameen
I sleep in a tent surrounded by four other tents, with no distance between us.
One of these tents belongs to a disabled man and his wife. He suffers a lot at night, and once he wet himself because it was too hard for him to reach the bathroom. I hear him calling out, but no one responds. His voice pains me deeply.
The second tent belongs to a young man recently married, who doesn’t know how to talk to his wife because he’s afraid someone in the nearby tents will hear him. You see him all day sitting in sorrow, reflecting, and asking himself: What have I done to deserve such a fate?
In the third tent, there’s a young man and his elderly mother, who walks with great difficulty and has diabetes. He takes her to the bathroom many times during the night. I admire his devotion to his mother; I’ve never seen a young man show such love in all the schools I’ve lived in.
The fourth tent belongs to a family that was very wealthy before the war, but now they have nothing. This genocide has taken everything from them. They try to live and adapt to the harsh conditions, but they are unable to.
As for me, I am a stranger in this place, sleeping in a tent by chance with strangers I know nothing about, but I will leave.
BREAKING (bones)
Why does "Bring Them Home" exist only for some hostages?
Because in Apartheid Israel, where only Jewish lives matter, brutalising the Palestinians isn't an anomaly - it is the system. And the silence around it is the exact measure of our collective hypocrisy.
⚠️ Horrifying image of Palestinian kidnapped by Israeli forces in Gaza
Palestinian man, Ameen Khaled Al-Ghoul, has been missing since 14 November 2023, after he attempted to move from the southern Gaza Strip to the north.
Since his disappearance, his family contacted the Red Cross and prisoner affairs organisations in an effort to determine his fate, but they were informed that he is not held in Israeli prisons.
Recently, the family was able to identify him after an image of a blindfolded detaineee tied to a wooden board was published by an Israeli soldier on social media.
The family has since appealed to international and human rights organisations, urging intervention to uncover his whereabouts and clarify his fate.
In her arms… a bleeding child. In her eyes… a world already lost. 💔🩸
A nurse at Nasser Hospital in southern Gaza carries an injured child…
In her arms, she holds one of the last heartbeats in a place being killed every day.
She carries a child wounded in an attack that struck tents sheltering displaced families…
Where are human rights when this child is suspended between life and death?
Where is the world’s conscience amid the cries of a mother who has lost her child?
Where is the world as children are killed in their tents… in hospitals… in their mothers’ arms?
Enough, world… enough hypocrisy… enough silence that kills.
Your silence today is a crime equal to the bombing itself.
Your tears behind phone screens will not bring back the dead or heal the wounded.
Childhood in Gaza is being slaughtered, and humanity is being led to its grave.
When will you wake up?
🚨HEARTBREAKING: A deaf child in Gaza spends his days collecting recyclables just to survive. He struggles to breathe due to a severe tonsil condition, and a previous surgery nearly took his life. Instead of going to school, he was forced into work.
This is what childhood looks like under Gaza’s ongoing humanitarian catastrophe. Share his story.
The United Nations Independent International Commission of Inquiry, in a report issued today (23 June), stated that Israeli forces are deliberately and systematically targeting Palestinian children. It described this as part of genocide, war crimes, and crimes against humanity committed in Gaza and the West Bank since October 2023.
The Commission emphasized that this targeting is part of a broader effort to undermine the existence of the Palestinian people at its roots.
In other news, the war criminal @Keir_Starmer's government is collapsing before our very eyes. What a lovely sight. To have enabled a genocide to get into No. 10, only for it to come crashing down in a year
Just need a bit more chaos to hopefully trigger a leadership contest
"The moment she has to soothe or stabilize him, when she must step into the role of his therapist or mother, the polarity between them collapses. She no longer feels his strength; she feels his need. And that is where the "ick" arises from."
One of the greatest qualities I appreciate about my wife is that when I need it, she's able to soothe and therapize me.
While she is the seat of emotion in our relationship, and hence, it's usually me in that position of soothing and supporting, there are times in life that I, too, need a helping hand. And she has always been there for me, without some sort of weird "let's make his pain about me" judgment.
I agree that a man's range of acceptable emotional expression is much more limited than a woman's. But within reason, if your spouse can't be there for you - soothe you, support you, encourage you, build you up when you are feeling out of sorts, and act like a therapist at times so you can reflect — without the "ick," — she's not just an ugly wife, but an ugly friend and perhaps an ugly person as well.
