@otienowill Safina economics doesn't add up. At 16% VAT, KRA collects Ksh 355.2B. At 5% VAT, that's Ksh 111B only. Free primary & secondary capitation alone needs Ksh 136.1B. So VAT can't even cover schools, let alone free health cover + zero borrowing. Even Dubai isn't this tax free.
