Dexter cow is a descendant of the ancient Celtic tribes' black cattle. They are an old breed first seen in 1845.
.
.
They are named after Mr Dexter who carefully developed the breed.
.
.
.
Dexter cows produce 3660 - 4080L of milk, and their beef is of excellent, marble quality.
We often think it's cow milk, but globally, it's goat milk.
.
.
.
The reason is that in its raw state, it doesn't separate into layers.
It is easier to digest than cow milk, even lactose-intolerants can have it.

A sheep will usually relax and give in to you if you have control over it's head.
By putting a hand under their chin and lifting their nose up a little in the air, they will relax.
.
.
.
They also totally relax when placed on their bum, off their feet.
