I've now been w/o a working phone signal since Jan 24 You've shifted the goal-posts 3x since then.
Why is this mast taking so long to fix?
The only comms I've received are ones telling me my bill is going up. Which is a bit rich, frankly.

As I said above, phone signal is very poor here, so hanging on for ages in Q to speak to BB team means phone often cuts out, which is why I contacted you on here as an alternative.

No-one's turned up yet–do they sometimes come after hours?
Had to buy more mob data just to post this, as📱signal v poor.
How long after they're due do I get an update pls?

@ArrivaKent Once again my elderly Dad’s waiting for the 12 — 10:11 St Michael’s The Crown>Tenterden.
With no real-time LED displays at your stops it’s impossible for him to know what’s going on.
Far too often he’s chilled to the bone or wet through waiting for your buses.
