Adana'da çalışan Beyin ve Sinir Cerrahi Prof. Dr. Emre Durdağ, eşi Kadın Hastalıkları Doğum Uzmanı Doç. Dr. Gülşen Durdağ, iki çocuğu ile birlikte oteldeydi. 7. Kattaki odalarından çarşafları ip yaparak kurtuldular. Emre Bey daha önce "Dağcılık" eğitimi almıştı. Kendi ailesi ile birlikte 15 kişiyi kurtardı. Bunlar içinde çarşaf iple indirilen 5 yaşındaki bir çocuk da vardı. 14. sırada eşini indirmeye çalışırken ip koptu ve Gülten Hanım 4 metreden düştü ve bacağı kırıldı. Hastanede ziyaret etti. Dr. Emre artık inecek çarşaf ipin bile olmadığı bir durumda pencereyi açarak CO zehirlenmesinden korundu. Yetişen itfaiyenin merdiveni ile sonunda kurtuldu. İkisi de kahraman! Kutluyoruz.
