I can't believe it finally dropped, I could cry. 1321 attempts is only a fraction of the number of times I've farmed this mount after installing Rarity to track it.

I know it's just a mount, but this has genuinely made my entire week!

So I was finally able to use the Buckled Harness, but the rest of the set seems to be unavailable. I have found it on this NPC but I'm yet to see it anywhere else. The Buckled Harness is the chest piece on this guy. If anyone knows anything about the set, let me know!
