@PaulbernalUK This. I read the abstract and thought it sounded quite interesting to be fair, plus clearly she has made an original contribution to knowledge and that’s the point. The same people whining about it would hate my PhD project on rave culture, rurality and regional identity!

Hey @wba, any reason why your stadium announcer doesn’t bother announcing the names of opposition scorers, or putting it on the big screen? Or opposition subs? We had announcement of one Norwich sub but not the rest

@jackwba77 @WBA That’s not the point. Naturally all singing all dancing when you score (fair enough) but sod all (announcements or screen) when the opposition score. It is literally the only ground I’ve been to where it doesn’t happen - yes everyone is grudging when oppo scores but they do it
