Somebody needs to tell Blockbuster that nostalgia is basically a business model right now. Bring back the video store experience with physical rentals, snacks and that whole 2000s atmosphere, and people would probably line up just for the experience

Gente, alguém pode me explicar como uma única pessoa consegue trabalhar das 9h às 18h, fazer 10 000 passos por dia, ir à academia três vezes por semana, cozinhar refeições caseiras, manter a casa impecável, passar tempo de qualidade com a família, dormir oito horas por noite, ler livros, aprender idiomas, ter hobbies, cuidar da saúde, ser atraente o tempo todo… e ainda assim conseguir não acabar com um transtorno de ansiedade?
Tenho a impressão de que nos venderam uma imagem da vida que é simplesmente impossível de sustentar na realidade.
Seeing people argue against a 32 hour work week is insane. Y’all need hobbies, friends, sunlight, literally anything outside of work. Life is not supposed to be just work until you die. We really will never revolt because some of y’all are way too brainwashed.
They took memory cards from us and made us pay for storage. They took CDs and DVDs and made us pay for streaming. They took software you could buy once and turned it into a monthly subscription. They took ownership, convenience, and basically everything that used to be a one-time purchase… then somehow made us pay for it every month.
Actually, different salaries should only affect how luxurious your life is, not your food quality or ability to afford rent. If you work 40 hours at any job, your income should be enough to live in the town you work in. Thinking otherwise is an abysmal indicator of your humanity.
