@RJP_RAR It all changed in 2018 when they wanted to create this country club atmosphere! And that trickled down into their player development in the minors. They were so fast to react against Girardi and his accountability style but so stubborn to change from this one.

@RJP_RAR It has everything to do about the culture, philosophy, and the way they use analytics. They should make the playoffs every year with a top 3 payroll in the game! But how can the same thing happen every year? Start strong, summer swoon, players regress and start playing lazy?!?

@ChrisJr_NYYST Boone is doing exactly what the Yankees hired him for and it’s showed for almost a decade that this style doesn’t work in the postseason. Boone has to go and the Yankees need to go back to a different culture that holds players more accountable. The constant mistakes is sick.
