हिंदू ट्रस्ट द्वारा चलाए जा रहे स्कूलों में 25% सीटें EWS के लिए आरक्षित कर दी गईं, जबकि वे स्कूल पहले से ही आर्थिक संकट से जूझ रहे थे। जबकि ईसाई या मुस्लिम मशीनरी द्वारा चलाए जा रहे किसी स्कूल में EWS आरक्षण नहीं है।
अकेले महाराष्ट्र में 16 से 17 हजार हिंदू ट्रस्ट द्वारा चलाए जा रहे स्कूल बंद हो चुके हैं।

यह सब वह BJP कर रही है, जिससे उम्मीद थी कि कुछ हिंदू संरक्षण के लिए काम करेगी।
