@AliceOfRigbarth There's a... Sech Soldier I've been chasing for a few years now. He's just had a bad habit of getting lost and avoiding saying anything about where he is. It's been difficult to find him to take him in for questioning.

He seemed to have disappeared some time back, but he's back.
