i think at some point when the dust settles there will an interesting retrospective about how the MCU era of superhero films became shounen battle heroes fighting to protect innocents in a broad abstract way, instead of ever actually putting themselves in danger to save people.

film academics take it as a matter of course that they must translate the grammar of film into the grammar of writing for proper discourse but can you imagine asking a literary academic to do the reverse, and require them to use the discourse of film grammar for examining text?

@heshidicjudaism there are so many free videos that teach the basic mechanics of where to aim on the backboard but you do have to practice and then it builds up. i do not reccomend trying to join a pickup game first unless with only friends
