Flexible work arrangement can only do so much. Companies must also change their business models to keep up with the new normal. But this is easier said than done. Take for example sales. Your market right now is holding on to their cash. They won’t buy anything unless necessary.

I understand the need to the extension of the ECQ. My only concern is the number of people losing their jobs because of this. As companies lose their revenue stream, retrenchment becomes a way to mitigate loss. Either that or close the business. Everybody sacrifices something.
