Finally found time to watch Asake’s Redbull Symphonic Concert. All 1.5hrs of it.

Listen, that brudda hasn’t even unveiled up to 10% of his potential. He’s going to have a very long, successful career at the very top of this new Afrobeats dispensation. What a performer!

When he brought Wizkid out, I was cheesing so hard from start to end, also I hope people can now appreciate the musical masterpiece that is Why Love, and when he did Fuji Vibe, damn 🔥

Also, it’s because people overplayed Lonely at the Top that you keep saying things like Remember is his best song. Please stop saying that LATT is a historic piece of music and remains top 3 of Asake’s catalog. (Remember is somewhere in his Top 15 tbh)
