PAY PHARMACIST WELL!!

What truly is the value of a Pharmacist in present day Nigeria?

Please 🙏 I am begging on behalf of all Pharmacist today, Please Pay Nigerian Pharmacists well, it makes no sense what so ever for a pharmacist to go to school for 5 to 6 years to end up, earning as low as 200k even as a locum/assistant Pharmacist.

Not every Pharmacist will leave Nigeria or something, Please employers of labour in Pharmacy space, PSN, PCN and ACPN pay these persons well.

You are not doing a pharmacist any good by employing them, you are actually doing yourself and your brand well by having a Pharmacist.

For Christ sake , 200k is the barest minimum even 300k can't buy much for a pharmacist that went to school for 5 ,6 years .

Let's stop this madness, it is sickening.
