It's easy to have an opinion on the Tractarians. It should be just as easy to read the Tracts for yourself. Here at SSP, we're working on it. Welcome Volume 1 back into print. You know you want to RT this. https://t.co/oTHR3WJlT0
@observer1534@joshdaqueen That would be amazing! We also dream of reproducing the Allan Rohan Crite altar cards. Right now, it's just a dream, but someday...
@FitterTank@mjjhoskin@DavenantInst Very cool. We are always looking for passionate transcription editors for this work. Sending along a sample of a transcribed sermon could be a good place to start the conversation. https://t.co/XnGTTMmK2j
@forever_beard @mjjhoskin@DavenantInst haha absolutely, we feel you there. Editing books is a great way of making sure you actually read them. If you're interested in giving it a shot on one of the sermons and sending a sample our way, maybe that would be a good way to start. Thanks for your interest.
@forever_beard @WesleyWalker4 Thanks for hanging in there waiting! As you know, the Press basically runs on volunteer hours. That means projects go much slower than we would like. We hope the longer-than-expected wait will be worth it.
@WesleyWalker4 Yes! Thank you for asking. We have several titles in various stages of production. As this is mostly done on a volunteer basis, things can go much slower than we would like.
"We who accept the dying of God as the source of our continued life, can never despair when love seems denied and destroyed in the movement of the world-drama." (Vida Scudder)
I regularly need this reminder.

@pcathcmckinney @Make_it_Raines Incredible—both Theological Essays and Lux Mundi are texts that we want to include in the Library of Anglican Theology, so we'd be happy to set something up and talk. I'll send you a DM
We've been warming even the most bitter of Reformed hearts since 2021.
This is an excerpt from "Formularies of Faith," btw. Here's the link: https://t.co/AegdCXTHrT
