The best thing we can do for those we care about is to genuinely walk in the truth of God's word in our daily lives.
"Now I ask you, lady, not as though I were writing to you a new commandment, but the one which we have had from the beginning, that we love one another."

We need reminding of the commandment to love one another.
"Everyone who practices sin also practices lawlessness; and sin is lawlessness."
1 John 3:4
