@FiverrSupport I am getting the exact same response to everyone of my requests.
This is unacceptable. You have suspended my account, I can tell you I am not breaking your standards. And, I have a payment due in my account which isn't showing.
This isn't resolved.

I really do want this resolved. I have had a reply to the email support, all they said was that was closed due to it being in relation to another open ticket.
I will be in contact here again If I am unhappy with the reply.

- they have received their completed order and have payment proof.
Do not send me an automated reply regarding this, your choice, which is wrong, to suspend my account, and one where i would like access to my payment.

- Your reply, again automated, after another support ticket in gave the same answer. I replied back with this below: "This order has gone through and been completed, payment is missing from my account. According your reply... 4.

- yet I am still receiving the same automated reply and no mention of my payment. You state i can still receive my money upto 60 days after my account closure, yet there isn't anything in it even with there proof of payment being sent - 3.

I have tried multiple times to get an actual answer but you reply with an automated one, failing to give me an exact answer land reason as to why. I am now awaiting to receive my payment from my last client, which the order was completed and paid for 2.
