Nebraska has been approved to operate the Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer Program (P-EBT), a new program which provides additional assistance to families of children who are eligible for free or reduced meals and have been impacted by schools closing.

Families who are already participating in SNAP do not need to apply and will have their benefits automatically placed on their EBT card. Families who are not currently participating in SNAP but have been deemed eligible by their school will need to apply.

Important reminders: Kids Kruisn' Kitchen will be a backpack program this summer. Pick up for the week is in Bellevue on Tuesdays at Bellevue Public Library at 5:00pm and at Chandler Point from 12:00pm-1:00pm. A child from ages 1-18 must be present to receive a backpack.
