From law enforcement to local fire departments, Piscataquis County’s brave first responders are always there when we need them most. I am committed to supporting our heroes by securing millions to modernize countywide communications and emergency facilities.
Election Day is just around the corner, on Tuesday, November 3rd. I hope you will join me in voting, and you can find your polling place at https://t.co/DiSD3yYwRb.
Three years ago tonight, Lewiston was struck by a deadly act of violence. Today, Mainers pause together to remember the 18 people who were taken from us.
Homecoming is a wonderful reminder of what @UMaine means to our state, from the students who are building their futures here to the alumni who return year after year. Go Black Bears!
I am honored to have the endorsement of Chief William Nicholas of the Passamaquoddy Tribe at Indian Township. I deeply respect his work and appreciate his confidence in me as a longtime partner and friend. I look forward to continuing our work for the people of Indian Township.

Thank you to my dear friend @Sen_JoeManchin for joining Team Collins on the trail. I’m so proud of all we accomplished together for Maine, West Virginia, and America.
I voted today!
Early in-person voting gives Mainers the flexibility to vote on their own schedule.

It was a pleasure visiting so many small businesses this week and hearing directly from Mainers where they live and work. Growing up in a small business family, I know how important these businesses are to communities across our state — that’s why I co-authored the Paycheck Protection Program to give them a vital lifeline during the pandemic. Through this program, Maine’s small businesses received more than 47,000 forgivable loans totaling $3.2 billion, sustaining 250,000+ jobs.
As your Senator, I’ll always do everything I can to ensure Maine’s small businesses aren’t just a cherished part of our history, but our future as well.
Since 2021, I’ve helped secure nearly $1.5 billion for more than 670 projects in every corner of Maine. That is what a seat at the head of the Appropriations table means for our state.

I’ll keep working to protect fire fighters from cancer and toxic exposure, defend their pensions and benefits, and make sure departments, especially in rural Maine, have the staffing and equipment they need.
Today, I received the endorsement of the @IAFFofficial and the Professional Fire Fighters of Maine. It was an honor to receive this endorsement surrounded by so many of the first responders who keep our communities safe.
As co-chair of the Congressional Fire Services Caucus, I have worked hard to strengthen and expand important grants for our fire fighters. I've also secured nearly $87 million for 45 Maine fire stations since 2021.
