We are keeping the victims of the devastating tour van accident near Yellowstone in our prayers. The state of Idaho is working closely with local officials to get answers on what led to this terrible tragedy.
Having a cutting-edge domestic drug manufacturing industry that produces safe, affordable medications is vital. Reducing our dependence on China will safeguard access to these medications and strengthen our economy. More from my op-ed in @IdahoStatesman:

The Museum of Idaho has new exhibit called “Above and Beyond” that opens tomorrow. There are a lot of hands on exhibits your family will love. I got to design and then fly my own virtual jet. I came in 7th place so definitely need more practice.
Had the privilege today to attend the Vietnam Memorial reading, walk through the Field of Flags and talk to several veterans-most with tears in their eyes-to thank them for their service. May I remember not only today, but every day, the sacrifices they made.
I attended the Broulims Veterans Memorial Day weekend celebration breakfast this morning. Our Veterans gave so much so we could enjoy our freedoms and liberties. These are some of the greatest men and women in Idaho. God bless our Veterans.

I attended a 6th grade class at Dora Erickson Elementary School today where the INL came in and taught a 3 hour STEM class. The kids built buildings out of spaghetti and marshmallows. 3 out of the 4 buildings withstood a simulated major earthquake.

Cheri and I attended the 100 year celebration of the Bonneville County Court house today. We were able to view each of the court rooms, rooms where the jury deliberates, the holding cells, and some really old clerk books. Fascinating building and history.
