As I attend graduation ceremonies this week, I am heartened by the number of young men and women who are attending military academies, have received ROTC scholarships leading to their commission and enlisting in our armed forces. Seeing our children embrace patriotism and service gives me tremendous hope for our future.
'It's very frustrating': @senatorelliott rails against gambling-funded American Conservative Fund PAC for 'hijacking' races across state #alpolitics

This is what getting our share looks like and that’s just this week. There are 100’s of millions of state tax dollars coming back and being put to work in Baldwin County. More than empty campaign platitudes. Real demonstrable results. https://t.co/fEQQ9QPBgo
🚨 BREAKING: Alabama lawmakers have just PASSED a measure that paves the way for a red 2026 redistricting map
A Democrat MELTED DOWN seconds before the southern MAGA Republicans played hardball and approved it right in his face 🤣
INCREDIBLE WIN STREAK going on right now 👏🏻
This plan passed today allows for new US House primaries, if courts allow the state to fully redraw thanks to the Supreme Court's Callais ruling
I beat Strom Thurmond’s son in a majority-white district for a seat in Congress.
Then won statewide in South Carolina, a majority white state.
South Carolina elects leaders based on ideas, not identity. Stop erasing reality to rig the game.
“The bill that I passed during the special session this week allows Alabama to hold elections under the constitutional maps that were passed by the Legislature in 2021 and improperly overturned by the courts.
The Supreme Court’s Louisiana v. Callais decision opens the door to right a judicial wrong and allow us to use district maps that were drawn by Alabamians, not by federal judges, and we were wise to use that opportunity.
This successful special session injected a strong dose of common sense back into Alabama’s legislative elections, and playing a major part is one of my proudest accomplishments.”
We are in Senate committee this morning where senators are taking up HB 1, which has already passed the House. The bill would create a special primary election process if federal courts allow Alabama to go back to congressional maps previously approved by the Legislature. @CapitolJournal
Last night, Alabama Republican Senators WORKED and VOTED THROUGH A TORNADO SIREN to redraw Left-leaning congressional maps.
This is what happens when Republicans stop playing defense and finally play offense.
More of this, please!
These are the REAL PATRIOTS of our republic…
Alabama GOP State Senators PASSED a 2026 redistricting bill in the middle of dangerous tornadoes.
You can literally hear sirens BLARING!!!
🚨 JUST IN: Democrats are now enraged nationwide after Alabama GOP State Senators RAMMED THROUGH a 2026 redistricting bill in the middle of dangerous tornados, sirens BLARING
Freaking PATRIOTS. Passing it during a tornado!
The south is filled with MAGA ready to fight instead of helping Dems in the midterms.
Pass a 6-1 or preferably 7R-0D MAP, ALABAMA! Hardball time 🔥
North Baldwin Infirmary, a 78-bed healthcare facility located in Bay Minette, will receive more than $450,000 in funding this year from an innovative program that was strongly supported by @SenatorElliott (R-Josephine).

Indignant and arrogant. 🙄 “Now that the law has been clarified, today the Alabama High School Athletic Association followed its own longstanding legislative process and removed the Choose Act Funds from the definition of financial aid.” https://t.co/Wfd8TcAiG9
Honored to be called a “legislative workhorse” by the Alabama Policy Institute. It was a successful session for conservative principles but there’s still work to do. https://t.co/p09nKYjVAl
According to the lawmaker, SB298, introduced and sponsored by State Sen. Will Barfoot (R-Pike Road), would have specifically helped address Montgomery Mayor Steven Reed's failure to protect residents and businesses from rising crime.
