Increased deaths from drugs & Alcohol, (opioids) abuse & suicides the 3rd is from obesity & the poor health conditions going w/it almost exclusively an American problem from people overeating and having too much food.

@prosies_ @cruciverberella Maybe in the parallel Universe you live in but where I come from when we work/labor for something we keep what we earned/Fruits minus what the government takes. Fruits are AKA profits or wages usually we negotiate an accord B4 the work to = profits/wages 4 our time.

Sir Winston Churchill summed it up & said it best. Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy, its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery. Envy is their primary motive Really? whats a "Fair Share?" Who sets the fairness mark?

@erosegolden That's right, you guessed it. All persons at the Corps company earn an income and have to pay income taxes. whether it be the workers, cleaners, Janitors, desk jockeys or the top CEO's they all have to pay income taxes.

@erosegolden No, you are not. With their Fees, licensing and then property Taxes/& County Taxes they pay much more than you think. But let's just say a corporation doesn't pay anything at all in taxes....what then? Well, Oregon has one of the highest income taxes. and guess what.

@erosegolden Actually, that sounds a lot more like Government Institutions than it does corporations. If you were to actually read the article you would have found the Socialized National Oil Riggs are the problematic ones in just about every aspect. Financially/Environmentally

@combtwombat Simple Concept?? Really?? You would have to pay a significantly higher amount of taxes to get healthcare as a part of the tax return. It's a huge expense & all your tax money is spent on other programs.
Conclusion = Pretty dilutional concept.
