@EposNow I took out 4 till systems. You failed to supply the correct hardware from the outset, failed to.onboard and now I've been left on hold for 30 minutes after I asked agent to cancel.
Is this standard practice?

@NatWestBusiness yesterday you missed the self imposed 10 day deadline for dealing with my complaint, originally 5 but you extended and tried to pretend it didn't happen when you missed the first one.
Would you agree you have been monumentally poor in dealing with this?

Given the monumental level of your fuck ups perhaps you could call me instead of expecting me to wait on hold for 45 minutes or whatever ridiculous wait times will be this time round.
