A few days ago, I attended the “Access and Sourcing: Cornerstones for Investigative Reporting” training by Southern Africa Accountability Journalism Project.

I worked with colleagues to produce menstrual beads, a simple but powerful tool helping girls and young women understand their menstrual cycles, challenge stigma, and build confidence around reproductive health.
